I currently run my own business as an independent contractor specializing in MBO, Palamides, and Stahl folding machine repair. I have been involved in the print finishing business for over 35 years, and as such, am very experienced in repairing the inner workings of these types of machines. After graduating high school, I immediately accepted a position in a bindery as a helper, but quickly progressed up to being an operator. I have always had a natural mechanical aptitude, although working as an operator has offered me the opportunity to gain valuable skills in the industry. I learned to take machines apart, troubleshoot problems, and get them back to performing at their highest efficiency. After working for various binderies, I accepted a position with MBO America as a Field Service Technician where I gained extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical repairing. My many years in the commercial print industry have given me an understanding of machines inside and out, and what makes them tick. Additionally, I recognize the importance of routine maintenance in reducing downtime, and offer this as one of many services. Aside from general maintenance, I also offer electro mechanical troubleshooting and professional repair of folding and paper banding machines.
I can also guarantee that any problems will be fixed in a timely manner, allowing customers to return machines to work quickly. As someone actively involved in the bindery finishing industry, I realize the need for minimum downtime and affordable repairs. I hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate my services.
